Home/About
One company across the whole stack.
BoxSolve builds and maintains the technology small businesses run on. The website, the network it runs on, and the systems the business runs on. You choose how much of that we carry.
Why one company for all three
Technology rarely fails in one tidy place. A website that has gone slow might be the host, the code, the DNS, or the connection in your building, and the answer is often somewhere between them. Working that out takes someone who can see all three at once.
That is what BoxSolve is for. We cover the site, the network and the systems, and you decide how much of that we carry. Some clients hand over all three. Some keep an existing provider and bring us in for one piece of it. Either way the picture sits in one place when something needs working out.
How we work
You reach the person who does the work, and you get a view on it in the same conversation. If you need three fixes rather than a rebuild, that is what we will tell you.
Nothing gets changed before the cause is established. Changing things first is how a short problem turns into a long one. Once it is fixed it gets written down, and you keep the documentation. If you ever move on from us, the next person should be able to pick it up and carry on.
What you can count on
- A fair rate, agreed before the work starts.
- No minimum number of users. A five-person office is as welcome as a fifty-person one.
- A diagnosis before any hardware gets recommended.
- A price once we have seen what you have, not before.
- Someone still here after launch.
Where we work
BoxSolve is based in Atlanta and works across metro Georgia. Remote where remote works, and onsite across the metro where it does not. Some things need somebody standing in the room.
BoxSolve is the trading name of BOXSOLVE, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. We do not publish client names or logos, because our clients did not hire us to be marketing material.

How we think about a fault.
Three rules that decide how the work goes. The worked examples are on the home page.
Establish the cause before changing anything
Swapping parts to see what helps is how a short problem becomes a long one. The first job is working out which layer the fault actually lives on, and that is done before anything is bought or replaced.
Measure what it costs a person
Systems record far more than users ever feel. The number that matters is the seconds someone was actually unable to work, and it is often nothing like the number of lines in a log.
Change one thing at a time
Three changes at once leaves no way to tell which one worked. It is slower on the day, and it is the difference between a fault that is fixed and a fault that has only gone quiet.

Tell us what is broken.
If it is urgent, call. The phone is faster than any form and it reaches the same person.
