Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us. If you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, company and message you provide. If you call or email us we keep that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Standard web server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and the time of the request. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and to provide the services you ask for.
- To keep records of work performed and correspondence relating to it.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
- We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us about a job.
Who else can see it
We use ordinary service providers to run the business, and they process data only on our instructions. These include our website host, our email provider, and standard accounting software. Where we are engaged to work on your systems, we may access data belonging to you in the course of that work. We do not copy, retain or use that data for any purpose other than performing the work.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Records relating to work performed are kept for as long as needed for legal, tax and professional-record purposes, typically seven years.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it. Ask through the contact form or call (404) 931-6341 and we will respond. Georgia residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws have these rights under those laws; we extend them to everyone regardless.
